      return e[Math.floor((Math.random() * length)+1)];
 }

應該是：

    private getRandomElementOfEnum(e : any):string{
        var length:number = Object.keys(e).length;  // <--- WITHOUT ()
        return e[Math.floor((Math.random() * length)+1)];
    }
